The RISE program is the newest division of Phoenix Recovery Services, LLC. We offer 1:1 needle exchange, safe disposal containers, equipment, counseling, and referral. This program is focused on decreasing the transmission of blood borne infections and reducing the amount of contaminated drug paraphernalia in the public waste system. Additional focus is on intervention and referral to behavioral health services including substance use disorder treatment. NALOXONE OVERDOSE KITS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE BUS
